New Video: Fall & Winter Lookbook

Most of you have seen all of these outfits before of course, as all but 2 have appeared on the blog already! The last two will be featured here this week, but I hope you won't mind getting to see them ahead of time in this video as well.

I still have a lot to learn and change about how I make these lookbook videos, as I am always at a loss on how best to pose and how long to record/edit the clips themselves. I hope the video is still a fun snapshot of my wardrobe in motion for all of you! Thank you for watching and for visiting <3

  1. Fabulous video and really great looks, especially that autumn leaf print dress!! How did I miss that one? That's an absolute stunner, your shoulders look so strong in it. Very 40s. xx

    1. Thank you Cate! I love putting shoulder pads in my dresses now, I must be the only one still buying them (lazy not to just make them I know) at my local fabric shops!

  2. Haha all we need is a tenor voice with a midcoast regional accent doing the voice over. "Girls these days all know the importance of dressing for the occasion. And as the weather slips from warm to cool, the change in seasons become an occasion of their own. Bianca here has discovered how easily she can slip into a cheerful sweater and a tartan skirt. The many colors of the tartan mean that she has an abundance of choices for the color of her sweater." etc etc

perfect music use, and excellent filters etc.

    Love!

    1. Thank you Tegan! I have considered making my dad do just such a voice over before, he has a very radio sounding voice! Perhaps one day :)

  4. What a fun video, and so well made. I love all the moody clips between outfits focusing on the elements - you feel cold and damp but then warmed by your lovely outfits. And of course I love the outfits too. I hope you had fun making it! Kx

  5. Loved the video and I think your lookbook videos are so well done. As I said in the video comments the autumn leaves dress is my favourite such glorious colours.
