As I am fully obsessed with the twenties currently (I blame Downton Abbey) I threw together a few new twenties inspired headbands to wear across the forehead or higher on the head. These are really rather simple to make, a little velvet ribbon and some sparkly trim is all you need. This particular sparkly trim happens to be from Hobby Lobby and is really quite sparkly in the light at night!
The band with the swirling charms began life as a set of rhinestone hair clips but when one broke in half I salvages the bits as this new headband. It is such an easy but glamorous look and all one needs is a sparkling charm or brooch and some satin ribbon!
